The hotel features a welcoming Front Desk, staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assist guests at any time. The reception area is wheelchair-accessible, with a registration counter height of approximately 31 inches (80 cm) to ensure convenience for all guests.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: From 1:00 PM onward.

• Check-out Time: Before 11:00 AM (late check-out available upon request, subject to availability).

Guests are encouraged to approach the front desk at any hour for inquiries, assistance, or special requests.
